Strawberry and Rhubarb

Plump strawberries baked in our classic Vanilla Bean cake. Finished in white chocolate buttercream, topped with our tarty rhubarb compote, and decorated with freeze-dried sliced strawberries, and strawberry powder.

Contains: Spelt flour, oil, caster sugar, egg or egg replacer, buttermilk or soy, vanilla bean paste, strawberries, rhubarb, baking powder, baking soda, white vinegar, cornflour, white chocolate (v), butter or olivani, rose water syrup and cream.  *Alternative flour blend if 'NAG' (no added gluten)- see FAQs.
