Chocolate Raspberry

Rich chocolate cake filled with plump raspberries and finished with chocolate ganache buttercream, raspberry crumble & caramelised white chocolate. DF/V - we use vegan dark chocolate in place of caramelised white choc. 

Contains: Spelt flour, egg or egg replacer, oil, caster sugar, buttermilk or soy milk, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, dark chocolate, raspberries, xanthum gum, white vinegar, coffee. Cream and white chocolate - dairy rich cakes only. Alternative flour blend if 'NAG' (no added gluten)- see FAQs.

We can bake this flavour as vegan, NAG (No added gluten), low sugar, remove egg and/or dairy if selected at checkout.
