Vegan Salted Caramel

A melt-in-your-mouth vanilla bean cake layered with ribbons of smooth salted caramel. Finished in a light and creamy vanilla buttercream, then topped with peaks of frosting and a scatter of vegan chopped chocolate for a decadent finish.
